5. Personal data, technical processes when calling up our webpage

5.2 Data transmission, logging
Every call-up of our webpage constitutes a retrieval or the attempt of a retrieval to call off one or several file(s) from the web server. During every call-off, the following data are saved in a protocol file (hereinafter referred to as “logfile”):

- Date and time of access
- Name, URL and transferred data volume of the file called off
- Access status (message on the successful / aborted transmission of the requested data)
- Identification data of the browser used and operating system (if the internet browser permits transmission)

As a rule the data in the logfile are erased within seven (7) days. We cannot trace which user has called off which data. This information is not collected.
The storage of the IP address is carried out for reasons of data safety exclusively in order to ensure the stability and the operational safety of our system. The IP address is not used to process or evaluate any personal data.
